Excellent Course
The course on ADHD was excellent! It was so refreshing to have the subject presented in a holistic way, making it normal instead of something that needs to be corrected or regulated.

Good course
As someone who was diagnosed at 5 with ADHD and has learned all I thought I could. This went into some good details about adhd and it was able to provide quality tips and tricks to better help those with adhd.

Very unengaging
The course was not neurodiverse friendly and had a lot of comments I would disagree with. Included things such as CBT which is not part of coaching.

Good course- lots of info.
I enjoyed doing this course. I have lots of experience in this field already so much was review. However, it was very much in depth and up to date through the course. Definitely worth taking this course if you want to be an ADHD coach. There was some material that was repetitive, and a bit too many fill-ins/short answers (you can skip some).

A strong foundation for aspiring ADHD coaches
I thoroughly enjoyed this course and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build a solid foundation in ADHD coaching. It covers a broad range of topics, from understanding ADHD across the lifespan to ethics, group coaching, supervision, technology and evidence-based practice. I particularly appreciated how the course encouraged me to think like a coach, rather than simply memorise information. The learning experience was engaging, with a good balance of written modules, reflective activities, quizzes and a final exam that encouraged application of knowledge rather than simple recall. By the end of the course I felt far more confident in my understanding of ADHD and in developing my own coaching approach. One area I felt could be strengthened was the emphasis on recommending apps and external resources. While technology can be incredibly helpful, I would have liked a greater focus on helping coaches develop confidence in facilitating meaningful conversations and supporting clients through the coaching relationship itself. For me, the relationship and coaching mindset are the most powerful tools we have. Overall, this course has given me a strong, evidence-informed foundation and has been an excellent starting point for my journey as an ADHD coach.

Great Course
I enjoyed this course. There could be a make-your-own ADHD tool kit with more information regarding specific aids for clients, such as: when it states "teach mindfulness techniques at this stage", a list of examples could be provided. However, I have learnt a lot, and for the cost, this is just a very minor addition I could think of.

ADHD coaching class
This class was great. I got so much information. I work at a small Native American school, and we don't have anyone specialized in ADHD. I can now work with the teacher on ADHD strategies.
