Practical, useful knowledge
I have already found this information to be incredibly helpful in working with clients seeking employment. The last client I worked with expressed a deep appreciation for my understanding of her abilities and experiences. I could see the change in her face when we started talking about consistent schedule, uninterrupted work, completing the same tasks every day.

It's a lot to remember when its time to answer the quiz. If the modules were a little bit shorter, it would be fine.
