This course has brought together all the things that I have been exploring Spiritually, Emotionally and Physically. It it incorporates Nature, Tai Chi, Sound Bowls,Tuning Forks and the love of horses.

There is much practical and helpful information here however the new age aspects are somewhat off-putting.
