Dairy restriction recommendations needs works. The body does absorb calcium very well from dairy products. Possibly specifying where you received the information on not consuming dairy came from. My research found good benefits. My research also stated there are some plant sources that absorb even better than dairy, true to the text, but possibly specifying which foods are best for that. Giving all information about this would be an improvement and offering actual research articles and a meta analysis on them would be helpful. I would recommend a section on the importance of fermented foods for a healthy digestive system. Some of the conversations seem a bit unnatural. Improving that would be helpful. I'm a bit iffy on the choice of weight loss plans. Having research available to back it up would be helpful. What is the percent of success when clients achieve there desired goal. How do they transition so as to not fall back into old habits.

The module about nutrition
The model about nutrition is completely useless and I would say even harmful. The reason why so many people are sick nowadays because of the guidance like this course. The vegan and vegetarian narrative is heavily pushed without explaining that vegetables have anti nutrients that stops absorption of essential nutrients, that vegetables contain natural toxins like oxalates and lectins. Carbs are heavily push and called essential (there is no such thing as essential carbs), spoken badly about meat and that we should avoid it at all cost. Pushing snacks, and high sugar, that is the reason of so many people having diabetes. Talking misleadingly about fasting. Promoting seed oils, where there are so many studies that they cause heart disease, gut issues and immune conditions. Heavily pushing synthetic supplements instead of getting them from food. So if you do this course, whatever is said about nutrition, you need to do the opposite.
