I already gave my review but to reiterate , I enjoyed doing the course and enjoyed the challenges I faced with Login issues. Gratitude to the support team. Cassie was a real help with her prompt responses to my mails. The course is well structured and easy to follow. I just wish we could have at least one interactive session with the Lead Course Director. Thank You everyone who is associated with the making and implementing of this course.

I appreciated how the course materials were thoughtfully structured, the content flowed well and was easy to follow. That said, the format leaned heavily on PDFs and audio read aloud of the PDF, which made it feel more like reading a book. Regarding the final test: For the question “True or false? The integration of positive psychology benefits Ikigai coaching by adapting concepts from Western methodologies.” The answer should be marked as True. Positive psychology, especially the PERMA model, clearly supports and deepens Ikigai coaching by aligning with its focus on purpose, well-being, and personal growth. Despite this hiccup, I found the overall experience enriching.
