I am really enjoying the course as at the same time I learn, I can apply in my daily work / project

I am thoroughly enjoying the training. I would only suggest a mix of instructor voices or some higher energy. The tone is very relaxing, and I have to stop because his voice makes me sleepy. Other than that I am excited to use this technique in my practice.

The course was good. I was not to laborious, but did give me a sense of Ikigai and how it can used effectively in western audiences.
