This training was very indepth, covered various areas, and styles of coaching, what coaching is and is not. It also taught about how to set up your practice to cover the areas that are of interest to you or the type of clients you want to help. Overall this has really helped me skill up in starting my journey as a life Coach.

great refresher course for any coach with basics on all areas. Great to have audio and a scrips (at times confusing some scrips are read out others not) would love to have optional video or audio sessions of real coaching interactions for further insights on all methods.
