this course has shown to be very thorough and comprehensive, covering all major areas of what it means to be a life coach as well as presenting an overview of the most popular specific coaching specialties. It has given me tools to nurture and grow my current practice, and allowed me to review, revisit and reconsider areas of my work so I can become a better coach and mentor for my clients. It also provides great techniques that can serve both for personal development and to work with clients. This course is more than I expected when I was looking for a certification to give credentials to my work.
