Amazing helpful and in-depth information. Does take longer if you really put in the time and effort. So much information to work through. I am a visual learner so didn't really rely on the audio - would have loved to see a person presenting the modules.

A lot of information

Overall the course was OK. It is a lot of reading and it is clearly AI generated so some of it is missing a human touch. Some of the techniques are frequently repeated and some of the ideas are a bit outdated, such as using zones of regulation which is not always brilliant for neurodivergent people. I thought some of the questions for the end of module test were strangely worded and didn't really give you clear understanding of what they were asking. I am glad I did it and it would be good if you are new to the field. or to give yourself a starter into coaching for neurodivergent people.
