While many concepts were familiar through my own independent research and lived experience, the course provided additional depth, practical strategies, and new perspectives that enhanced my understanding and confidence in supporting neurodivergent individuals.

Learnt so much about my own brain!

I didn't expect the course to be as interesting as it was. I mainly took this course to provide me with a basis to do group coaching work. I found myself trying out some of the methods myself as a way of navigating my own strengths. It has been a great course and has given me a lot of grounding work to explore. The combination of audio and text was great for me to read, listen and digest. Great course!

The course was too technical

I gained some good and relevant insight from the course. However, it was information overload. I think it would have been better if the information had been chunked into smaller sections with quizzes along the way instead of waiting until the end of the module.

Great content, lots to learn despite being a neurodivergent parent with neurodivergent children. Good CPD course to compliment my in person training as a therapeutic coach. I also appreciated the clear advice as to how to reach clients.

The course was very informative and well organized. It felt well paced throughout and with very good descriptions of how to, and when, to implement the strategies and tools. Overall the course was dense with valuable information on how to tailor coaching to the neurodivergent client.

The Neurodiversity course was concise and easy to follow. Everything was clearly explained, and the examples helped solidify my understanding.

Exceeded my expectations!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Each module included plenty of practical tools and strategies with brief references to the relevant research rationale, as well as realistic case studies and a handy list and summary of the strategies to refer to later. I was a little sceptical initially about the idea of training as a neurodiversity coach in 40 hours, but if you already have a sound understanding and some experience of working with neurodivergent people, this is a great way to broaden your repertoire of strategies to support ADHD and autism. Although it's a fast track, low pressure course, you can refer back to the modules and look deeper into the research links later.

i completed it in 10 days, and there are 10 moduels. it was amazing, i learned so much and you get so much out of it for such a small price! i would recommend this course to so many people, it truly changes your outlook and life. it was fully self paced and straight forward. each lesson averages at an hour and then a 10 question quiz after each one with a 30 question assessment at the end.
