Course review
The information in the course is good but as a visual and hands on learner the recording and the text is quite tedious. I get more out of the video that follows where I can kind of summarise what has been taught. I am looking forward to continuing though as it is a interesting subject :)

Mod 6- Emotions
This is the best Module, so far. It has been entertaining for the most part. It became a little drawn out with several of the boy/girl assessments. Overall, I am enjoying the course and am happy I decided to pursue it.

applying the concepts
As an education worker assisting students with behavioral disorders, I regularly utilise the SMART strategy when outlining goals for my students. It's useful in tracking progress and for pinpointing where programs fail to meet desired outcomes, thus requiring a modification in the student's program plan. The course did a good job identifying the benefits of using SMART goal setting.

EXCELLENT course!
This course was challenging in all the right ways. Great curriculum, detailed and high-quality instruction, and a well-organized sequence of lectures, reviews and quizzes. I went into the final exam feeling well prepared, and I'm glad I've completed this, and can now apply these great learnings to my coaching practice!
