Excellent Intro to Sylvotherapy
This was a great intro course to Sylvotherapy with a lot of tools and exercises that can be used right away to offer Sylvotherapy to friends, family, and to start a career in the field. There is a lot of reading and so if you are more of a visual person then this may be a bit of a challenge. However, as you can complete it at your own pace, it is still a really great first step!

Great introduction to Sylvotherapy
I have really enjoyed following this well-structured and informative course. It takes the form of manageable modules with straightforward self-assessment tasks before a multiple-choice test at the end of each one.
