Wonderful course

Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course A Healing Journey
The Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course is very comprehensive and I learnt a great deal and look forward to starting my forest bathing journey. The only downside was it is US based so didn't get to learn about all the Australian forest related plants and trees and some of the quiz questions could of been worded alot better but for the value it was wonderful and great to have the audio to listen to along side the downloads of the modules.

Very good experience
I am absolutely happy about this training. learned many new aspects of wellbeing connected with the forest. I started with this training because of my interest, and now I can see many options to use this knowledge in the classroom. Great experience. Would suggest to friends.

Practical and Informative
I'm enjoying this certification so far. Learning a lot and appreciate that you get both written lectures and audio. I will say that although the audio doesn't conflict with the written information, it does seem to contain more information. I suggest you use both to get a full experience.
