More indepth than I anticipated with a lot of great information. The audio option was super helpful. Some sections went overlong in sheer volume of words but overall, I enjoyed the learning provided. Good job!

Le cours est truffé d’éléments de culture générale lié au sujet. Cela me permet de mettre en lien des informations déjà connues et d’en découvrir de nouvelles. Les modules s’intensifient en avançant. C’est très intéressant.

This sounds like an AI voice which makes it difficult to understand the content at times. Like the tone/emphasis is off, words are mispronounced like mantra.

I liked all 3 modules.

I really love this. I am a yoga instructor and Ayurveda specialist, it is so connected to my practice ❤️

My thoughts

I feel as though the course pilled to much information into it. I feel many of the things I learned did not correspond with forest therapy. The short response questions and expecting people to remember many names of plants and people doesn't support many peoples learning styles. I enjoyed learning about these things however I do feel this course should be revised.
