So far, I am learning so much about plants, trees, and nature as it relates to us physically and emotionally. I am truly enjoying this learning experience!

Well built and informative

Course was great, and went in depth into just the right areas of importance. Would have been nice to have a little more focus on North American trees and plants, but it was still very informative.

Module 1,2 and 3

So much interesting information in the first 3 modules. Anxious to see what lies ahead.

Module 3

Gained new knowledge re: the scientific facts n benefits about trees and plants and history . Learned the difference between hiking in the forest and forest bathing. More aware of environmental pollutants and their harmful effects . And the effects of different trees .

So much knowledge!

I am learning that I really did not know the impact of unhealthy environments until I took this course. There is so much to learn and so much material in just Modules 1-3. I am excited to continue....
