Learnt so much about my own brain!
I didn't expect the course to be as interesting as it was. I mainly took this course to provide me with a basis to do group coaching work. I found myself trying out some of the methods myself as a way of navigating my own strengths. It has been a great course and has given me a lot of grounding work to explore. The combination of audio and text was great for me to read, listen and digest. Great course!

Professional Hypnotherapy Certification
I found this a great course to add to my tool kit for my clients. Easy to access, work at your own pace, with quizzes at the end of each module to help you understand. I am so looking forward to using this technique going forward.

The course was too technical
I gained some good and relevant insight from the course. However, it was information overload. I think it would have been better if the information had been chunked into smaller sections with quizzes along the way instead of waiting until the end of the module.
