Thank you for asking! From what I’ve seen of the course material—especially this Module 11—it’s well-structured, practical, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic principles. It guides both practitioners and patients through everyday routines, seasonal care, and self-care rituals like Abhyanga and dry brushing, which are often overlooked in modern wellness training.
Thankful and Grateful for the wisdom and learnings, I'm so proud of myself because I made it despite of hectic schedule really grateful and satisfied. Amazing Journey.
