This course made me want to persue deeper knowledge in nutrition. A great way to start.
I think these courses should come after the ones actually purchased. They just take energy away form what one wants to do. And I am sure once I finish teh courses I paid for I will be mor motivated to want to start and need all this info

I really enjoyed all of the explanations given on how the brain works in several different aspects, from child development to addiction.
