I found the course to be perfect, upto date, accurate, and very educational rendering worthy wellness coaches, better yet a high standard wellness coach. I felt that it did not take away from my personal experience and knowledge on health and wellness which was great, there wasnt much I'd disagree with, and so it was very clear, non-evasive, and concise. I’m a visual/auditory learner and I have struggled comprehending the info in the kinesiology course as there are no videos to demonstrate what is being taught. I am getting quite confused. I feel like you needed to have prior knowledge of kinesiology before starting the course even though it is advertised as being suitable for beginners.
