WOW! This was an excellent training that provided practical, evidence-informed strategies for coaching autistic individuals across the lifespan. I appreciated the strong emphasis on neurodiversity-affirming practices, ethics, strengths-based coaching, executive functioning, sensory needs, and supporting client autonomy. The case studies and real-world scenarios helped connect the concepts to coaching practice, and I feel much more confident in applying these approaches with clients.
