I absolutely love this course! I have always been aware of the benefits of having plants and nature indoors and outdoors but now I have so much more information. High quality content

I did take this course as a complement since I had been travelling to Japan last year for a shinrin-yoku training. In Japan, we'd spent a lot of time in the forest practicing but something was missing. My intellect wanted to understand a bit more, I needed to words to got with it all. This Alma Oasis training is perfect for this. The PDF and Audio materials are well done and the price is very reasonable. I recommend without hesitation!
