i like the information given so far and the step by step process, it helps to take notes and get a good feeling on what everything will look like moving forward

I made the decision to educate myself on my own brain and how it works, and this course has already been a huge help. I’m only on mod 3, so I can’t wait to finish and tell my ADHD friends what I’ve learned. I plan on taking a lot more life coaching courses, and transform myself successfully before I take on new clients, and I’m very excited that I added this course to my list. I’m only giving it 3 stars because there are no videos nor is there a workbook, and it’s incredibly repetitive. That’s great for me as I am the one with ADHD, but that’s definitely why others accuse it of being a completely AI generated course. I love that reading it forces me to soak up the information because you will read the same thing MANY times, but it does seem like a waste of paper.
alot to learn and pack in very informative I just would had liked to see multiple question quizzes after the module instead of the writing

there is a lot of good knowledge in this course. I really enjoy the background information plus scientific information being included. So far I feel this is a very well rounded course.
