Truly insightful. The learning platform and sequenced testing prior to the exam consolidated learning and allowed for deep understanding. This cert exceeded my expectations.
I thought the course wouldve been more engaging with a bigger community, and teacher present. but this is just like reading a book on your own.
The course was informative. It was easy to follow, and I liked the quizzes after each session to recap what was learned. I really liked the audio that reads out the session to you.
Enlightenment Very
So far, so good! I decided to take this ADHD course as a refresher, and I’m really glad I did. As a coach, I’m always looking for ways to enhance my practice and strengthen my credentials beyond my degree and experience so the certification component was definitely a plus for me. The course is straightforward, well-paced, and easy to follow. The quizzes throughout each module are helpful for reinforcing key concepts and making sure the information sticks. I’ve only completed a few modules so far, but I’m already impressed with the structure and clarity. I actually signed up for three courses, so my expectations are high, but if the rest of the content is anything like what I’ve experienced so far, I’m confident it will be a great investment in my professional growth.
I came into this course already fairly well-studied and confident in my understanding of biohacking—or at least I thought I was. What I quickly discovered was a deep well of new, evidence-based information presented in a way that was both clear and practical. Even more importantly, the material wasn’t just theoretical; it was organized into frameworks and tools I can immediately use with my coaching clients. The course sharpened my thinking, filled in important gaps, and gave me a more structured, responsible way to apply biohacking principles in real-world coaching. I now feel better equipped, more confident, and more credible in how I help people improve their health, performance, and longevity.

The course is good. Navigation is a little tricky, only figured out after completing several modules that I was supposed to click 'complete and continue' to mark each one finished.
Much more of a challenge than expected but worth the work !
It's ok, it gives some knowledge, but I wouldn't say that this is enough to become a nutrition coach. More is needed since it just scrapes the surface. Also, like all nutrition sources, this is highly biased. Every Harvard guru out there will have a different opinion (e.g. on vegan vs meat dense diet or lots other stuff), and this course certainly leans on specific recommendations that are disputable.

I find it very informative, due to having ADHD, I find that using the voice-over recording whilst reading myself very effective. Also i can continue at my own pace
I like the format- wouldn't mind see the narrator as well as listeing to it.
some content in this course can use some editing/updating, such as the use of phrases like "close the deal". Overall, very clear, thorough, and instructive.
As a lifelong learner this course was a great addition to my toolbox.
