Biohacking Certification Course

I’ve just completed the Biohacking course and can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The content was practical, evidence-based, and incredibly well structured, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply straight away. What I loved most were the case studies that put what I was learning into practical situations. The course challenged the way I think about my body and health, and I’ve already started implementing changes that have made a noticeable difference. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to optimise their health, performance, and longevity in a smart, balanced way.

Neuroscience Coach

The topics are very interesting but sometimes too theoretical or too clinical. Personally I would appreciate to have more practical examples and case studies. I find totally irrelevant the information about medical treatment of addictions, which medicine is more appropriate and in what doses - as a coach I will not make any prescriptions neither medically treat certain addictions. I would rather appreciate more coaching oriented material and methodologies of using neuroscience in coaching practice.

Excellent division into meaningful modules. The modules have been practical, easy-to-understand, and come with wonderful examples and exercises that have been useful and helpful in managing my own recent loss of a spouse.
