Lots of terms

Some information is very helpful but I am having trouble connecting this to my current students. I want to apply this and it feels like I need to just memorize terms. You can’t ask a 6 year old “How did you learn your ABCs.” I don’t know what type of learner I am - this section didn’t help me discover it so how can I help others?
