Not what I was expecting

The course is a pdf document with a short YouTube video to summarize. Though I understand it is an « at your own pace » kind of course I would have appreciated to have a live person teaching the material rather than just having the audio reading the PDF word forward. Furthermore, the platform is extremely slow, and there are frequent bugs.

I have to constantly reload the modules in the lesson and the content and/or quiz indicate I have not completed the section or module. The information has been great but the user experience in the LMS has been frustrating at times.

I have learning disability and have found the approach, content, tasks to be easy to work through. I have found the information very informative and relevant to why, how, and what is needed, required and expected to become a Life Coach, in which ever niche pathway is accepted.

Too boring

The courses recording are too boring and monotone. It took me ages to finish module 5

Too much writing and reading

Concepts should be much more visual with more video aids. You are not practicing what you are preaching.
