Difficult to pause or move in and out of screens

I personally don't learn by just reading. I need more hands-on, or videos going through examples of how to coach. I feel a bit overwhelmed to be honest. I feel like this is all great information but not sure how I would even start. I think I just need a different style. It would be helpful to have videos/ practice exercises vs just case studies.
This has been an intense yet rewarding course. It's helped me better understand my own grief and now be able effectively assist others.
The course was challenging and comprehensive. I got a lot out of it and it was worth the time and money. I appreciate the breadth of the material and the respect it gives the student.

I find it good so far
I found it very factual and easy to follow. It is a nice refresher course for those of us already working in an aged care facility. I found it was also self paced so there is no pressure to complete it.
