Very Good Course
Course was easy and informative. had me engaged throughout the course and made me realize that this is something I've been wanting to do for a while.
This is overall a good course to follow - the handouts are excellent. I mixed up my learning with the audio and self reading as I struggled with the voice over after a while, but this does give you options. I would study again with Efficient Coach thank you

Very interesting
I had a great experience completing the Menopause Coaching Certification. The course covered a wide range of topics related to menopause, including physical, emotional, nutritional, and lifestyle considerations. The quizzes helped reinforce the material, and I appreciated being able to work through the course at my own pace.
