I'm finding this module very uplifting and informative. i feel very tranquil and at peace with the knowledge and have felt subtle warmth and a humming subtle sound is heard. Very contented inside and happy to be doing this course.

Not the best

This feels like a one-size-fits-all course, but I'm not really sure it works to have scripts in a course like this, it should be giving methods and ideas. I think that repeating everything the client says word for word, which it advises at certain points, will just annoy the client. If someone didn't have any further training and experience of how to work with people and basic counselling skills, I don't necessarily think this course would work for them. There are also mistakes in the written course material.
