I am still not agreeing with rapeseed oil in any diet. The course is ok but could go into a bit more depth of the vitamins, minerals & nutrients needed for especially elderly

Wow! I learned so much about how to support Menopausal women. This course was very detailed with a good mix of research, scenarios, case studies, and practitioner activities. A lot of effort went into the design of this course. One of my favorite modules was the Group Coaching section. So many cool ideas to effectively lead a Menopause group session. Thank you Efficient Coach! Bravo!
The modules are easy to work at your own pace. the audio feature is great as can download the content and listen through the day or while travelling etc.
