I am thrilled I took this on
very basic high level overview in trauma healing. I would have liked to see quiz being multiple choice rather than fill in the blank with no interaction

I enjoyed this course and look forward to being able to use the knowledge gained in my coaching practice.
So far, so good. I've been doing a module every day. There is such a sense of achievement. I'm super happy.
Lections are very well structured. I expected that they will be in German language, which was a little disappointing in the begining, that only the website can be in German. But I enjoy a lot the content at the end

The Functional Genomics & Nutrition Coach course was very helpful and useful. I loved how they addressed ethical concerns and staying in your scope of practice. The course also did a good job teaching you how to appropriately coach clients without overwhelming them, scaring them, and providing them with actionable nutrition and lifestyle changes taking into account their health concerns and goals. It was a bit dry and it reads like AI wrote it, but it is still a very good resource. I would definitely consider taking other courses from them.
Looking at how different everyone experiences menopause, I am not surprised at the overall reaction women have.
I liked how I could go at my pace, I also liked how it read to me as I read along.
