seems like translated from Spanish maybe, lots of garbled, and incorrect terminology... Needs a strong proof-read by someone who knows English AND TFH/ Kinesiology, and then a very strong edit to keep it true to TFH if that is what's represented here.
Only wish I had known all this stuff 30 years ago. But I'm looking forward to helping others now.
