I was very impressed at the information that was given and the detailed provided.
It has a lot of information although it is only towards the end that connects a bit to coaching.

I appreciated how the course materials were thoughtfully structured, the content flowed well and was easy to follow. That said, the format leaned heavily on PDFs and audio read aloud of the PDF, which made it feel more like reading a book. Regarding the final test: For the question “True or false? The integration of positive psychology benefits Ikigai coaching by adapting concepts from Western methodologies.” The answer should be marked as True. Positive psychology, especially the PERMA model, clearly supports and deepens Ikigai coaching by aligning with its focus on purpose, well-being, and personal growth. Despite this hiccup, I found the overall experience enriching.
I've learned some very useful tips, best practices and different perspectives in this course.
My experince is good so far, the courses are available all the time so I can have a flexible schedule when it comes to studying
this course is not as good as it advertises to be. The amount of spelling errors are quite disgusting

I am getting comfortable with the scope of practice of a coach, learning new terminology and theory and practical application of theory.
This is a large portion of material to memorize BUT IT IS WORTH IT !
Absolutely loving this course, currently studing the learning module (3) which is seamlessly aligning with my coaching program that focuses on middle aged men and the changes they expereince such as forgetting names more frequently then in their past, with clear actionable ways to help them (and me) improve this particulary procedral skill.
