My experience has been very positive. I am reinforcing what already know while also learning new things that are helping me grow and deepen my understanding.
nice and clear
Most of this is very tactical, and very coach-led (I prefer a co-created approach). Occasionally the language will refer to the soul, the inner being, but again with very tactical cognitive language that I find jarring. The scripts are also universally convenient in their outcome - there's no mention of what the coach should do when their experience doesn't follow the script. Having trained in coaching I'm find this interesting for ideas on how to run a coaching business, but I'm glad I'm not reliant on the coaching elements of it to be successful.

The content provided within the course has been an absolute steal! So much value included!
I am thankful for this course because it has allowed me to create structure and order in my knowledge and present work.
