The modules are really informative! The short quizzes are helpful to think about and cement the knowledge learnt within the module.

I absolutely loved this course. It opened my eyes to new techniques like painting mandalas and understanding their visual metaphor, which I found both fascinating and therapeutic. I’m especially excited to explore more about colour psychology and how culture shapes our interpretation of colour — it’s sparked a real curiosity in me. Most of all, the course has given me the confidence and inspiration to step into the role of an art life coach. I’m so grateful for this introduction and can’t wait to keep learning and growing.

Well structured with good pacing content. Each chapter blends the anatomy/physiology along with the cognitive aspects, which enables to correlate well on the neuroscience aspects.
The course layout and formation have been excellent, Very well put together, and the level of knowledge and accuracy is on point. As a retired psychologist with a graduate's degree, I feel that just listening and reading all the information from modules 1-8 in itself has a lot to offer, in my opinion, to any ready. I recommend this course to all, even if it is just to learn about love, acceptance, behaviorge., and knowled
