I really enjoyed this course. It provided a great resource for those who interact with Dementia patients.
This is an excellent certification that prepares practitioners not just to understand grief but to accompany people through it. Its greatest strength is teaching that effective grief support is less about mastering techniques and more about cultivating presence, self-awareness, and ethical care. For those entering non-clinical grief support, it provides a strong and meaningful foundation.
I have studied this topic before years ago and found this class a good refresher, with practical advice on working with clients and operating a practice. A great value for certification.
Though this course covers the material well, I haven't found Facebook a very effective way to advertise. As it was free, it was worth doing, but I wouldn't have paid for it.
I enjoyed this course and learned a lot about grief support. The lessons were informative and helped me better understand how to support grieving people with compassion. I am proud to have completed my certification.

Too many questions per module
One of the most impactful areas of this training were the practitioner/client mock interactions. It helped cement the learning into tangible examples.
You won't want to miss this course. It is chalk full of great information and practical coaching lessons. It's a lot; but very doable. I wasn't going to take, now I'm so glad that I did!
Some of the sales technics contradict what I have been taught over the years.
Truly a 5 star healing and therapy experience! Unlocking powerful understandings and realizations that have and will lead to progressive action, healing and growth as a human. As a person this experience has truly been healing and something I absolutely was in desperate need of experiencing and taking in, educating me in areas of the mind body and soul and the mind and body's awesome and amazing ability to heal through attitude, information, action and positive environments and surroundings. What an interesting course; assessing the neuroscience of the mind from how we learn, communicate, converse and regulate our emotions. Delightful.
Overall I liked this course and the way it was presented. I liked that it confirmed the way that I have been conducting my sessions with regards to grief and provided me with some new information that I can incorporate in my practice
I love this course not only did it help me become certified it help me heal through some things as well!!!!
