IT WAS QUITE DIFFICULT BUT THE ALL INSIGHT i HAVE MANAGED TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND WHERE JUST AMAZING
Watched Hitch years ago, I'm glad I took the course. Well made course.
The information is very complete and relevant. But it was really hard to read everything, specialy when a lot of the information is repeated. It could be more summarized. I enjoyed the study cases
Well put together course on a topic that has intrigued me since childhood.
The content was great! The audio was not so great. Throughout the program the audio varied, sometimes mid sentence and sometimes changed voices. Much of it sounded like AI. There were even words that were mispronounced as though AI was reading it. I did enjoy the content a lot but the delivery should be redone
I enjoyed doing this course. I have lots of experience in this field already so much was review. However, it was very much in depth and up to date through the course. Definitely worth taking this course if you want to be an ADHD coach. There was some material that was repetitive, and a bit too many fill-ins/short answers (you can skip some).
The training is great but sometimes gets very repetitive. To improve it I suggest to add standard forms that can be used later on in consultation.
The Grief Practitioner Course was far more in depth and informative than I thought it was going to be for the amount it cost. I have gained so much knowledge and helpful strategies to begin my Grief Coach journey. Thank you.
people with adhd might find this course difficult .too long explanations, questions etc .exam pretty easy with common sense answers would recommend
informative
Excellent information. A little redundant and more for non-medical learners, but good content.
Loved the material and sources for further reading and education. The quizzes and practical case studies in between help put what you have learned into practice. I would love to have one or two coaching videos in each module actually experiencing a coaching session. Especially for a person with ADHD myself, I take a lot of value out of mirror-coaching.
The self-paced training and the built-in foundation for coaching new coaches worked out perfectly. I did need to do some external research to get a little more context/ information on some of the terminology and techniques introduced in the course, but overall, very informative course with appropriate preparation to start a coaching practice!
Negatives first 1) some times it seems like they havent met someone with adhd! So many suggestions of homework and keeping daily logs! 2) Seems to be designed for people who already have a client base - so some of the exercises are not possible 3) no one has checked the layout - page breaks are in very awkward places - a few hours working on this would have made all the difference. 4)Woke - painful to get through some of the wokeness, between telling me that if I have a client of another ethnicity i need to not only read up on their culture but should attend webinars on it and volunteer in their community - how is that a good business model... then dont even start me on the "they" instead of "he" crap! Positives Such a shame about the above as other than this it really is a great course.
I recently completed this neuroscience certification and overall I found the content very interesting and valuable. Many concepts became clearer and more meaningful by the end of the program, and I appreciated the depth and quality of the material. That said, it took me quite a while to complete. Part of this was because the course is extensive and at times felt a bit dry, but also because I sometimes struggled to understand the purpose or practical relevance of certain modules while going through them. I think the program would benefit from setting clearer expectations from the beginning — specifically explaining what learners will be able to understand, apply, or do after completing the certification. Having a clearer roadmap and stronger connections between modules would make the learning experience more engaging and motivating throughout. Overall, it was a worthwhile and intellectually enriching course, with room for improvement in structure, guidance, and learner orientation.
The first few modules I found really useful in understanding the difference between spiritual coaching and holistic, as it went on, I felt the others were more common sense or could have been reduced into less topics. There were some typos and spelling mistakes as well as weirdly sexist sections when using him/her that felt out of date, there were also sections that were ableist when talking about focus, multi-tasking and the body - I would encourage a more social model informed approach that celebrates cognitive diversity and finding strategies that align to your unique rhythm then striving to adapt your mind to work one certain way. There were points that also used absolutist language of the right way or wrong way where I'd suggest more invitational or suggestive language to make space for diversity again. Otherwise it was solid, I found the quizzes useful.
