A great course to get into the basics.

It's amazing, and i am indeed learning all sorts of new information.however,i do feel sometimes that a physical tutoring is missing and would definitely help in some situations, as this is intended for muscle recognition, which is not an instintevely sensation. nonetheless, thats the whole point of this course, so im very satisfied.
I recently completed the Positive Psychology Coach Certification, and I can confidently say it was a transformative and enriching experience. Second Review : I absolutely love this course. Its language is simple and practical. I am taking my time doing it, while exploring all the digital apps and other techniques that are mentioned. I am reading the Dr. Brown book also. Recent late diagnoses ADHD. I enrolled in this course, with a view of an ADHD coaching career, which compliments my professional background. However, I am applying this course to me. I have recommended this course to my friends and colleagues, who are waiting official assessment, can't afford coaching and are struggling in daily executive functioning. For the price, it is a fantastic investment of self help, and in turn, helping others too. Thanks you efficient coaching. Good people behind this. CBT is next on the list.
