Great Course

I have always been interested in Health and Wellness, and I felt moderately knowledgeable in this field before, but going through this course I have actually learned a lot, that I have never heard of nor have ever been told in my life. The information is great, simple, easy to understand which I appreciate a lot. I am very pleased with this course material thus far.

I love it that I can listen to the modules as many times as I need

As I go through this life experience as an artist from an early age, now in my 50’s I am excited to learn with a pace that is comfortable for me. I tend to be very detailed focused when I learn something. This has deterred me from other classes, the important thing is I take in the information that is important to me for what spirit has in mind for a sense of service and purpose for my own self too! With the availability to listen and read helps tremendously, no judgement, no clock to beat.. just to be, and know that this will help me understand myself better and then bring this to others who have struggled to fit in and give them a some perspective in how they are not alone! Thank you so very much for the opportunity!

This course needs some serious updates before being shared to poteintial students who are looking to become nutritionists. There is so much misinformation and inadequate data included, its unbelivable, and I am just past Module 3.
