It is a lot to take in but it is good.

It is very detailed a little hard to follow the activities, printable worksheets to use whilst completing would be beneficial.

ok so far

only thru 3 modules and the information is very good. i am hoping that subsequent chapters will cover natural ways to help reverse dementia.
