This course was a wonderful experience that tied together what I intuitively knew about the benefits of spending time in the forest with the science that supports those beliefs. The material covered is comprehensive yet presented in a way that makes learning interesting and enjoyable. I called this piece timeless because I signed up during the end of November early December and I’m just finishing up because I’m a mom a wife I own two businesses a very involved Aunt as well, so it took some time to finish this course, but I loved every minute of it and it gave me great joy to learn the course and experience it with my family as well.
amazing course, i love how you can take it at your own pace. i took so many notes and i know that this course has given me vital information that i can directly apply to my career in forest therapy. I would take another course with alma oasis for sure!!!
