I wasn't sure of what to expect in taking this course, but after reading and studying Forest Therapy I feel like I have the knowledge and skills to go forward and lead sessions. Wonderful! Thank you for the information in this course. Learning about natural ingredients instead of OTC expensive and sometimes not all ingredients are beneficial, I was excited to learn this much information.

I really like that the course was comprehensive in encompassing sociological, geopolitical, economic, and ethical discussions. Permaculture is not just a set of techniques that is not committed to any socio-political worldview. Instead, it does not shy away from the essential transformative nature of permaculture principles and how that can and should help shape the way we live.
This course is full of great information. It touches on every important element of Wilderness Survival.

This was awesome! I feel like it was beautifully designed and easy to follow. I also feel like it did a great job of breaking it down into equal parts history and plant usage.
A good overview of 100 ailments and natural remedies. I am a nurse so knew about the ailments and some remedies, but enjoyed making my knowledge of remedies more comprehensive.
