As I was already leading natural mindfulness walks, when I came across this Sylvotherapy course I thought I'd give it a go, hoping to improve my knowledge and experience. I've really enjoyed the course, and learnt so much. It covers a lot of information, and is a very in-depth resource. I feel confident I can now provide my clients with a much more beneficial experience, and myself too. I'm already putting a lot of what I've learnt into practice and look forward to continuing to use the techniques and information in future.
Thank you for putting together an easy to use, well organized, and well informed course full of great information. I would have liked to see more examples of creative and recreational experiences and maybe have had some video examples to go along with the written material.

And certificate gained. There were so many things I didn't realize could be done, and this course got me squared away. I also loved some of the history lessons about indigenous peoples and their role in our world and life. Good stuff!

It was great. However, I was looking for more information about plants and how to use them practically. Not so much linked to emotions. Other than that it was good.
