Alma Oasis was created in 2023, brought to life from the shared vision of two individuals captivated by the beauty and mystery of daily life but also by the climate problems and unmet solutions in our society. This course was very comprehensive and user-friendly. All the information provided is relevant, and there are a lot of different formulations.
Very informative course
The course was organized in a simple and understandable format. It combined modern psychological principals with ocean therapy. The audio portion of the course was helpful.
Broke the modules up over three days. Being a professional Botanist, Many of the scientific principles were understood, but the spriritual and practical techniques helped me understand how to conduct a Sylvotherapy session

While informative, there were a number of concerning errors or misleading statements which I felt took away from the authenticity of the training. Overstating and overselling are not necessary when there are so many legitimate studies and proven benefits to discuss.

I loved this course. The training was definitely much more entailed than just connecting with nature through a walk in the woods. This was a perfect combination of science and spirituality. I learned so much and am excited not only to lead groups to connect deeply with themselves in connection to our natural world but to apply the techniques of connecting to plants, trees and the forest allowing deeper transformation within my own personal practice. I’m also looking forward to practice indoor sylvotherapy at home and with clients.
I had never heard of forest bathing or sylvotherapy until I saw an ad for this class. My interest was piqued as I had recently purchased mountain property. Now I understand why I feel so good when I am there. I have been practicing these sylvotherapy principles when I go there and am feeling so much more in tune with nature and have noticed much stress reduction. Thank you for this class.
