Alma Oasis was created in 2023, brought to life from the shared vision of two individuals captivated by the beauty and mystery of daily life but also by the climate problems and unmet solutions in our society. the course is very easy to follow and filled wth tips that can definetly help to start practicing. the content is adequade and provides a really solide base.
I was surprised at the level of ease of the course, but impressed with the scientific backing for the information for the most part. I appreciate the citations, more would be appreciated. The portion about chacras in Module 3 was a bit sparse, I am still unsure how Sylvotherapy supports chakra health and what, as a sylvotherapist I would do to support this without training in Reiki.
l am 1/3 of the way through and am loving this learning. The qualities of different trees was fascinating- my favorite!
