This Sylvotherapy Practitioner course exceeded my expectations in both depth and clarity. I especially appreciated how the course integrates sensory awareness, mindfulness, and environmental connection into practical exercises that can be used in real sessions. The modules are engaging, and the explanations make even more complex topics like phytoncides and negative ions easy to understand. The flexibility of the course is another big advantage — being able to learn at your own pace, revisit materials, and apply the techniques in different environments (forest, park, or indoor settings) makes it very practical. As a neurodivergent thinker I found some of the testing redundant but I enjoyed the course materials enough to complete it and want to move forwrd with the actions of bringing this work into the spaces I am showing up in.
I really enjoyed this course its been a real achievement, actually getting a certificate in something that will help guide others into supporting their mind and body through walks in nature, i will be in the forest under a beautiful tree meditating thank you !

I have thoroughly enjoyed this course. I found listening to the module whilst reading very helpful. The voice was very calm and engaging. It is a beautifully written, well sourced course. It has inspired me to begin practising as an Ocean Therapist, and continue with training.
