I love reading along while listening to the course, and then writing out my own practice sessions for each principle where that is encouraged. It really helps to lock in the information by utilizing multiple senses.

I enjoyed this course. Material was well thought out.

Feels like a wrong course

I enrolled in the Nutritionist course, so I was quite confused to find that this module did not include any nutrition-related content. I was expecting material that focused on nutrition, so it was surprising that the course covered other topics instead. It would be helpful if the course structure and module descriptions clarified what content is included, so students know what to expect.
