wow, i learned so much
I learned so much about myself and my own approach to working with others - and how I show up in my own life - and I also gained valuable skills to help others transform their thinking and hopefully their lives

Good foundational and practical lessons
I agree with most of the techniques and suggestion in the course so far. There are a few ways I would expand the techniques in everyday interactions. That said, the goal setting and accountability are spot on - I am enjoying the course.

Manageable courses
I wasn’t sure if it would be too overwhelming to take in all the new info while also juggling work and kids . I have enjoyed listening to the audio sessions and the tests are thorough but manageable. Excited to complete the program !

Not what I thought it would be
This course is very different than the other course on grief I took. I dislike the audio - instead of a real person, it is a robot (a lot less personal and not as pleasant to listen to). There is much less content. I knew there were less modules, but the modules themselves are shorter and less comprehensive. For the money I paid, $160ish CAD (with the certificate of completion), I hope the course gets more interactive, informative and provides me with confidence to use art therapy. I also strongly dislike that "he" is the default pronoun used. Why not use "they"? This might seem like something very small, but it brothers me a lot!
