The course for Art Life Coaching has reinforced observations that have already become part of my understanding of how art affects us and our human experience. The interesting aspect that this course reveals is how non-artists can benefit from engaging in artistic and creative endeavors regardless of any concern for a finished piece of art. The revelation that someone in mourning, someone dealing with stress, and even someone dealing with anger, resentment, banishment, shame, or any other deeply held self-experiences would be able to work through those challenges by physically creating a work of art is incredible.

Good information, a little difficult to apply

While this information is great, it isn't the easiest to apply without direct reference. More videos and visuals would work better for the type of learner that I am.

It was an ok course I already knew a lot when going into it so i didn't learn that much but it was a nice little review and i would highly recommend anyone to take this course experienced or not.

This course has been full of information and ideas as well as simple and easy to navigate.

Great course

I think the course is very infomative, well structured and over all very good. I have only one recomendation if ( and where) is possible to include videos, for example Module 6 - massage - is not easy to understand how to perform the technique. I believe videos can be published in you tube and links can be included in here.
