I'm loving the CBT course so far. I just finished Module 3 and can honestly say that I am learning a lot. So far, the modules are very well structured, and I love the summary at the end. It really helps!

Poor customer service

I sent an email asking what could I do, since i couldnt change my password. And I forgot what was it. Wasnt getting the "forgot my password" email. So I couldnt start the course until one week latter when it finally arrived to my inbox. Never got a response from customer service
