It was really well structured lectures and study points but well presented
This course has been well-written and easy to understand - very practical too.
I loved the example and the scripts, the name of the tool, the process and the imgaination excersises are great. Thanks. Although for me not everything is in line with ICF competencies therefore I will use them differently.
I like this course, covered a lot of topics on meditation.

Great content and helpful examples to use in practice. I would say for me, the only draw back is the lay out of the text. It is done in a very repetitive, text heavy and monotomous way, not sensitive to help neuro-divergent mind. But course content is great.
