I am an auditory learner and the speaker was extremely monotonous. You have a lot of great information to share but the presentation was incredibly boring.
This was an amazing course
Very good , I am learning a lot , the meditation I know because that's one I do on a regular basis. And I agree with everything you said about it
Mindset, ecosystems and support on observation made efficient with this course
I love how detailed this module is.
The flow of the course, the examples, and praticle tips are all very useful.
excellent
The course was informative. It was easy to follow, and I liked the quizzes after each session to recap what was learned. I really liked the audio that reads out the session to you.
Enlightenment Very
Much more of a challenge than expected but worth the work !
It's ok, it gives some knowledge, but I wouldn't say that this is enough to become a nutrition coach. More is needed since it just scrapes the surface. Also, like all nutrition sources, this is highly biased. Every Harvard guru out there will have a different opinion (e.g. on vegan vs meat dense diet or lots other stuff), and this course certainly leans on specific recommendations that are disputable.
Good
some content in this course can use some editing/updating, such as the use of phrases like "close the deal". Overall, very clear, thorough, and instructive.
awesome
Very easy to follow
This is a very interesting and informative course
